Replacement policy
We kindly ask you to review the exchange and return policy carefully before completing your purchase, to ensure full clarity regarding the terms and conditions of the service.
The customer is entitled to request an exchange within 24 hours only from the time the order is delivered. If more than 24 hours have passed, exchange requests will not be accepted, and no return service is available.
If an exchange request is approved, our team will contact the customer to select the replacement size or item. Any price difference must be paid by the customer if applicable, or refunded if applicable. The customer is responsible for covering all shipping costs related to the exchange process.
If the customer wishes to request an alteration, the type of alteration will be assessed and its full cost will be determined and communicated prior to proceeding. The customer will bear the shipping costs both ways. Please note that certain alterations may not be possible depending on the design or fabric type, and this will be clearly communicated to the customer in advance.
